Personal resilience


We recognise that an effective understanding of wellbeing is essential to any organisation’s ability to succeed in todays environment.  We will draw on a range of disciplines and specialisms to help you manage your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of your people to ensure they thrive. 


We bring experience in life, performance and relationship coaching.  Together, we also have expertise in yoga, meditation, Reiki and hypnotherapy to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing. 


Through working with lead academics,  we understand the key drivers affecting a person’s wellbeing and that it is integral to high performing people and organisations.  We will work with you to understand the particular challenges you face and how to best manage them either organisationally or on an individual basis.

We have an extensive existing client list of those we have and continue to work with and can provide testimonials on request.  This ranges from those struggling with stress and becoming unwell, recovering from illness to return to work, anxiety and lack of confidence. 


We have assessed organisations’ approach to wellbeing and the stress levels felt by their workforce.  With internal stakeholders, we have created workplace wellbeing strategies that have significantly improved morale and employee ‘buy-in’, resulting in happier, more productive people.
